Brian Boru Irish Pub Fundraiser for Semper Fi Fund

Severna Park, MD – Gladys and Bob Rodriguez have finalized all details for the fundraiser for the Semper Fi Fund hosted by Brian Boru Irish Pub and Restaurant in Severna Park, Maryland, on July 12, 2018. from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. If you choose from their special menu below for $25, they will donate $10 to the Semper Fi Fund. Below are details of the menu and it is fantastic! Bob and Gladys will be at the entrance of the restaurant answering any questions about this wonderful organization that assists our injured service members and selling the cookbooks that raise funds for them also. Main Course
Chicken Pot Pie – A savory blend of roasted chicken, carrots, celery, onions and peas topped with a puff pastry.
Fish & Chips – Fillets of Cod are dipped in our homemade beer batter, deep-fried to a golden brown served with Irish chips and tartar sauce.
Beef Stew – Tender chunks of beef stewed with carrots,
onions and celery topped with mashed potato
Shepherd’s Pie – Ground beef sirloin with onions, peas, carrots, rich gravy topped with mashed potatoes.
Irish Reuben – Our first cut of corned beef with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Irish mustard dressing, on grilled rye bread.
Boru Beet Salad – Chilled roasted beets, pine nuts, goat cheese and golden balsamic vinaigrette topped with grilled chicken.
