Retired U.S. Army Sgt. Stefan Leroy said his life would not look the way it does now if it weren’t for Semper Fi & America’s Fund. Leroy spent years recovering at Walter Reed Military Medical Center in Maryland after being injured by an IED in Afghanistan in 2012.
