Wounded Warrior Half Marathon

Las Colinas, TX — The second annual Wounded Warrior Half Marathon event will be held Sunday, June 12, 2011. The event will honor the men and women of the US military and help raise money for the Semper Fi Fund and ReserveAid. The Wounded Warrior race motto — “We started together. We finish together.”

Entry forms are available online at www.woundedwarriorhalf.com. Active and retired members of the military will receive a 10% discount by entering USMILUS as a discount code when registering.

In addition to the Wounded Warrior Half Marathon, there will also be a 10K and Military Mile Fun Run with the course start and finish around Williams Square in Las Colinas. A post-race party will be held once again with plenty of food, drink and live music provided by Texas-born country music recording artist Dave Roberts, a former Captain Cobra Pilot with the Marines who served in Afghanistan.
