Oklahoma City, OK – “Bill Dunham, of Norman, ran with the group as they passed through Oklahoma. He lost his leg in 1989 while serving with the Army in Panama. If you want to understand what life is like for Bill Dunham, it’s not enough to walk a mile in his shoes. Try running a mile on his prosthetic leg. Dunham, 42, of Norman, had his leg amputated after he was wounded in 1989 while serving with Army Rangers in Panama during an operation to apprehend former dictator Manuel Noriega.
