Clinic will be offered to SM’s that live within a coastal region accessible to surfing. The ocean is said to help in healing wounds, both externally and emotionally. We will be camping at San Onofre Beach on Camp Pendleton. This will be our 4th year working with veteran non-profit, Waves of Impact, which was started by Marine vet, and his colleague who works in the professional surf industry. They have been leaders in the adaptive and veteran surf industry, and also volunteer with several other veteran surf organizations such as Operation Amped and the Balboa veteran surf group. We will be camping and cooking on the beach. We also have small cottages on the beach to accommodate those who are unable or uncomfortable camping. This event will be offered to local family members to attend as a guest.
