In honor of the 244th Birthday of the United States Marine Corps and Veteran’s Day, Solidarity CrossFit is hosting a public charity workout with 100% of all monies collected donated to the Semper Fi Fund. Participants will be completing a CrossFit hero workout in honor of a fallen Marine.
Warmups will begin at 0830 and first-come-first-serve heats will run every thirty minutes starting at 0900.
The workout may be done as a team or individually and will have scaling options to accommodate athletes of all levels.
