Signature CrossFit & CrossFit Downey

Operation Liftoff Salute, hosted by Signature CrossFit & CrossFit Downey, is a competition on Veteran’s Day weekend to honor those that served. They have three different scored workouts. Their final workout, “Project Airlift”, consists of each team establishing their heaviest Snatch (Olympic lift) in 6 minutes.

The mission is to gather sponsors/pledges to donate $.05 per (1) Kilogram lifted at this event.

All the funds raised during this workout will be donated to the Semper Fi Fund.
