Reflections On Captivity with CDR Halyburton

Wilderness Community Church will be hosting CDR Porter Halyburton, and his wife Marty, as he shares little known stories, recites selections of his prison poetry, and speaks to the life lessons he learned while spending over seven years in North Vietnamese prisoner of war camps.

All are welcome to attend and donations can be made to Semper Fi & America’s Fund. The Voices of Freedom Project mobil unit will also be on hand to record veterans of wartime and those who have served on the home front to record and preserve their stories for future generations.
