Power Yin Yoga with Jordan Clawson

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until October 26, 2021
This 75-minute Power + Yin style yoga class will truly encompass all-things yoga. Class will start with some meditation and breath work to prepare our bodies and minds to work through a strong power-style yoga sequence. Moving gently through the power flow, participants will be guided through proper alignments, breathing techniques, and cueing to ensure that all bodies stay safe, yet challenged. The last 30 minutes of class will focus on releasing fascial tension by holding longer and gentler postures, utilizing yin-style yoga. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket for comfort (body pillows can be great for yin), and a chair for stabilization, if needed.
