$125 per player includes gift bag, box lunch, award ceremony, skill competitions, and a cart-fee only card for a future round at Dunes West.

If you would like to sponsor a Wounded Warrior to play with your foursome, please write “Wounded

Veteran” in the place of Player 4 and include him/her in your payment.

Please make checks payable to Patriots of the Lowcountry. Payment is requested by September 5, 2014.
