Schedule of Events

• 9:30am– Cooking begins
• 12:00- 3:00pm– Sampling and judging begins
• 3:00pm– Trophies and bragging rights

Pre-registration for teams required and must be paid by that day Teams must:

• consist of head cook and no more than 5 other members
• provide their own pot, utensils, and gas burner as well as tent, tables, and chairs
• be responsible for decorating their tent
• supply all ingredients except for meat
• cook a minimum of 3 gallons of chili
