Scheule of Events

9:30am– Cooking begins

12:00pm– Sampling and judging begins

3:00pm– Trophies and bragging rights

Pre-registration for teams required and must be paid by that day Teams must:

• – consist of head cook and no more than 5 other members
• – provide their own pot, utensils, and gas burner as well as tent, tables, and chairs be responsible for decorating their tent
• – supply all ingredients except for meat
• – cook a minimum of 3 gallons of chili
• – register by 1/14/17
