Mt. Kilimanjaro Hike

Tanzania, Africa – Mount Kilimanjaro is a dormant volcanic mountain in Kilimanjaro National Park, Kilimanjaro Region, Tanzania. It is the highest mountain in Tanzania, the highest mountain in Africa and the highest free-standing mountain in the world at 19,341 feet above sea level. This statistical significance helped Mount Kilimanjaro secure the position as one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa.

Father and son team, Mark and Marine Sergeant Brad Dixon, will hike the incredible Mt. Kilimanjaro in an attempt to raise $1 for each foot to the summit elevation – $19,341 – for our wounded and critically ill service members and the Semper Fi Fund.
