Philidelphia, PA – James “Daddy Wags” Wagner for more than 30 years was the owner of Cookie Tavern at 10th and Oregon Ave. in South Philly where he hosted an annual Marine Corps Birthday celebration every November 10th. As a Marine Sergeant in Vietnam, James served two tours and earned numerous decorations to include a Purple Heart. His daughters carry on his tradition!
