Fortified Fitness Memorial Day Murph

Join Fortified Fitness in Scottsdale, AZ as they complete the Memorial Day Murph Challenge in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005. The workout consists of:

-100 pull-ups
-200 push-ups
-300 squats
