Elevate Fitness Memorial Day Murph

Join Elevate Fitness and Deepend Fitness in San Clemente, CA as they complete the Memorial Day Murph Challenge in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005. Proceeds from the event will benefit Semper Fi & America’s Fund.
The workout consists of:
-One-mile run
-100 pull-ups
-200 push-ups
-300 squats
-One-mile run
