Cycling Class with Andrew Stasinos

An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Monday, repeating until October 25, 2021
Join us for 90 minutes of high intensity interval training on our bikes. Classes are programmed and designed for indoor trainers and spin bikes; however, there will be a modified workout provided for those who can only ride outdoors. These classes are easily scaled to utilize your available equipment, current fitness level and have been developed to help you become a stronger and more confident cyclist.
