Crossing America for Injured Veterans 2018

Springer Mountain, Georgia – Gabriel Vasquez will begin his fifth long-distance fundraising adventure to raise funds and awareness for the needs of our wounded, ill, and injured service members and their families. His latest adventure is to hike the Appalachian National Scenic Trail, generally known as the Appalachian Trail or simply the A.T., a marked hiking trail in the Eastern United States extending between Springer Mountain in Georgia and Mount Katahdin in Maine. 2014 – Kayaking the Mississippi – 2,340 miles – 71 days
2016 – Hiking the Pacific Crest Trail – 2,650 miles – 183 days
2017 – Cycled the Northern Tier Route – 4,100 miles – 81 days
2017 – Cycled the Pacific Coast Route – 1820 miles – 26 days
2018 – Hike the Appalachian Trail – 2190 miles – to be determined
