CrossFit Summa is honoring our veterans and those we lost by hosting a 2nd Annual Memorial Day Murph.
The CrossFit Hero workout “Murph” will consist of a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and another 1 mile run, all under the watchful guidance of Summa coaches.
There will be two sessions available in honor of a fallen warrior. Proceeds will benefit Semper Fi & America’s Fund.
