Boot Camp to Boot Camp
MCRD Sand Diego, CA to MCRD Parris Island, SC – Long time Semper Fi Fund supporter and avid cyclist, Darryl Cloud will ride a bicycle across the United States from Marine Corps Recruit Depot – San Diego< CA to Marine Corps Recruit Depot – Parris Island, SC; 2460 miles over 45 days! The objective of this campaign is to raise funds to purchase “Action Trackchairs” or “Action Trackstanders” for our veterans. He departed MCRD San Diego on August 15, 2015!
He is a long standing Community Athlete who has been supporting the Semper Fi Fund for the last 5 years! Please help Darryl reach his goal of $90,000 and together, with your support, we’ll be able to provide some much needed mobility to our most severely injured Veterans and their families!
Darryl is riding in memory of Major L.N. “Larry” Helber, USMC, VMFA-314, MIA, 24 January, 1966, Vietnam.
