Avon, CT – For the 8th year, this annual event will be held in the Tiernan Wrestling Room at Avon Old Farms School. Participants will complete 10 push ups every minute for as long as they can. If participants complete the entire 24 hour event, they will have completed 15,000 push ups. Faculty member and varsity wrestling coach John Bourgault ’80, a retired Marine Corps Major, spearheads this event which features faculty, students, and friends of AOF. 100% of the proceeds will benefit the Semper Fi Fund.
