2019 Fredericksburg Semper Fi 5K & 10K

Fredricksburg, VA – Come out and enjoy this scenic Fredericksburg Semper Fi 5k/10k that runs alongside the Rappahannock River in historic Fredericksburg. The 10k will include the famous Hospital Hill.
