The JL Memorial 8K Challenge Run

Springfield, IL – The JL Memorial 8K Challenge Run will honor the life of John Lazell who served in the USMC as a Corporal in Vietnam. He was an avid runner, finishing 49 races throughout the United States with the Marine Corps Marathon being his favorite. Additionally, he was the Commander for the Military Order of the Purple Heart, Chapter 159. This event will honor all service members.
