SYR CrossFit Murph Day – The Lehigh Valley’s largest Murph Day event is back. This is a charity event to raise money for the Semper Fi Fund to help combat wounded, critically ill and catastrophically injured service members and their families. As always everyone is welcome. There will be food, fire trucks, music and a workout. You don’t have to workout to be part of the day. Just stop by and support the athletes and visit the Upper Macungie Fire Department’s ladder truck.
The $25 fee gets you a commemorative 2019 Murph Day t-shirt. No fee is necessary, you can just stop by and say hi if you’d like. You can order your shirt directly through Eventbrite or at SYR CrossFit to avoid fees.
