Running of the Balls

Maple Valley, WA – The Rotary Club of Maple Valley will host their annual fundraiser for the first time to benefit America’s Fund with the goal of raising $20,000 to purchase an Action Track Chair for a wounded service member from Washington state.

Running of the Balls is a unique event where participants purchase numbered tickets and each number corresponds to a numbered tennis ball. Then all the tennis balls are loaded into a dump truck, taken to the top of a hill and released where the balls ‘race’ to the finish.
