This 8-week course will provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to take your nutrition to the next level, such as creating grocery lists, helpful meal prep strategies, managing portions, recognizing hunger cues, physical movement and food choices, stress and weight management, and more. Individual sessions will be tailored to participants’ unique goals and will primarily focus on the specific challenges and successes encountered in the previous week to set meaningful goals for the week to come.
