Course:
The 5K Run/Walk will take place on a USATF Certified Course through Ben Avon and Emsworth. The start and finish will take place at the Lance Corporal Patrick B. Kenny Memorial Field and the course passes by Patrick’s childhood home. Lance Corporal Patrick B. Kenny Memorial Field is located off of Route 65 (Ohio River Blvd.) in Emsworth on Memorial Drive.
General:
– Come dressed to run.
– Parking is available across the Ohio River Blvd (Rt. 65). Please use the tunnel for access to the start and finish line. If parking on the residential streets , please arrive early to avoid road closures.
– Race will take place rain or shine.
– Aid stations and EMS will be on hand.
Race Day:
7:00-8:30am: Packet Pick-Up/Race Day Registration
9:00am: Opening Ceremony & Start of the LCpl Patrick B. Kenny Memorial 5k Run/Walk
Award Ceremony will immediately follow the race!
