House of Crossfit Memorial Day "Murph Challenge"
Carlsbad, CA – In honor of Memorial Day, 50 – 75 individuals will be completing the Hero WOD “Murph.” This WOD “Workout of the Day” is in memory of Lt. Michael Murph, Navy Seal, KIA.
