Homestead Gardens Fundraiser – Severna Park
The Homestead Gardens fundraising efforts are organized by Homestead Gardens employee, Gloria Rodriguez. Gladys and her husband, Bob left Cuba more than 40 years ago and they both have a deep appreciation for their freedom, our country and for all those who serve. Gladys and Bob have worked tirelessly for the past six years to raise support and awareness for the Semper Fi Fund as well as volunteering their time at Walter Reed Army Hospital and Bethesda Naval Hospital.
Gladys has also put together a cookbook, filled with recipes from Marine families, which sells at Homestead. All proceeds benefit the fund. To learn more about the cookbook please click here. The cookbooks will be for sale at the Homestead Gardens Fundraisers.
The fundraising event will take place at the following locations and times:
Davidsonville, MD
Saturday, April 30 :: 9am – 2:30pm
Sunday, May 1 :: 9am – 5pm
Severna Park, MD
Saturday, May 7 :: 9am – 5pm
Sunday, May 8 :: 9am – 2:30pm
Raffle tickets will be sold at each of our locations to win a $100 gift certificate to Homestead Gardens (one for each location), as well as gift cards to local restaurants. Tickets cost $5 each or 5 for $20. In addition, customers who participate in this fundraiser will receive a coupon good for 25% off one regularly priced item.
