8th Annual New River Harley-Davidson Chili Cookoff

Jacksonville, NC – New River Harley-Davidson Annual Screamin’ Eagle® High Performance Chili Challenge

Saturday January 31, 2015 9am-4pm.

9:30am – Cooking begins

11:00am-2:00pm – Cornhole Tournament ($10 Registration per Team)

11:00am-3:00pm – Miller Light Girls and Music by Boe Edens

12:30pm – Sampling and Judging begins

3pm – Trophies and bragging rights

Pre-registration for teams required and must be paid by that day

Teams must:

– consist of head cook and no more than 5 other members

– provide their own pot, utensils, and gas burner as well as tent, tables, and chairs

– be responsible for decorating their tent

– supply all ingredients except for meat

– cook a minimum of 3 gallons of chili

$25 chili entry fee $5 donation to sample register by 1/23/15
