About the PTSD Century Hike

The 8th Annual Semper Fi & America’s Fund PTSD Century Hike is a five-day journey designed to shine a spotlight on post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and the invisible wounds carried by many of our service members and veterans. In June 2027, a team of service members and veterans will take on the challenge of hiking 100 miles across the greater Pittsburgh region, pushing themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally while discovering the power of connection, resilience, and shared purpose. 

More than an endurance event, the PTSD Century Hike serves as a transformative healing experience. Along the route, participants build lasting camaraderie with fellow service members and veterans who understand their struggles, creating a supportive environment that encourages growth, recovery, and hope. Through every mile, they demonstrate that no veteran has to face the journey alone.
