Semper Fi & America’s Fund invites you to our 12th Annual Burn Your Own Steak on March 13, 2027, at Copper & Stow Event Venue in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
Join us for one of our favorite nights of the year… an evening of great food, spirited competition,community, and an incredible cause. Enjoy a steak grilled by a dedicated group of veteran leaders from our local community, bid on unforgettable experiences during our silent and live auctions, and hear firsthand from the service
members and families whose stories are at the heart of The Fund’s mission.
For more than two decades, Semper Fi & America’s Fund has stood beside critically wounded, ill, and injured service members, veterans, and military families, including the military community right here in the Carolinas. Burn Your Own Steak is more than a fundraiser. It is a celebration of the military community that has made this event possible for 12 years… veterans serving veterans, neighbors supporting neighbors, and a community coming together to ensure our Nation’s heroes and their families never stand alone.

FAQ’s
What do I wear to this event? The event is casual.
Do I have to grill my own steak? No. We kept the name of the event as a long-standing tradition. Steaks are now prepared by our grill masters.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions? Yes. Please leave a note at the time of your RSVP, and we will reach out with options.
Can I reserve an entire table? Yes! You can reserve tables in groups of eight (8). Table reservations are limited. We encourage groups to purchase tickets early! Overflow will be seated on the second level.
Can I request to sit with a friend? Yes. There will be an opportunity to indicate who you would like to sit with at the time of registration.
What time should I arrive? Doors open to the public at 5:00 pm. Event programs will begin promptly at 5:45 pm.
What time does the event end? We expect to conclude the event by 9:00 pm.
What is your RSVP Deadline? All RSVPs must be received by March 5th.
