11th Annual Military Appreciation Day hosted by Swansboro Chamber of Commerce's Military Affairs Committee

Swansboro, NC – The town of Swansboro will once again hold the 11th Annual Military Appreciation Day, hosted by Swansboro Chamber of Commerce’s Military Affairs Committee

The Semper Fi Fund will have a booth there, so please stop by and say hi!

This year’s event is planned for Saturday June 7th from 10am-4pm at Hammocks Beach State Park in Swansboro. The goal of this event is to show community appreciation for our men and women in all branches of military service. Last year the event drew a crowd close to 4,000 people. It is a lively community celebration that includes free hotdogs and snacks, ferry rides to Bear Island, inflatable jumping houses, slides, craft activities, a band, and community based educational vendors.
