OverviewShort-term vocational education and apprenticeships connect participants with industry mentors and hands-on training in high-demand trades or small-business pathways. Staff assess readiness, strengths, and interests, then co-develop training plans, timelines, and goals. On completion, Apprenticeship Leads help secure placements and mentorships that turn skills into livelihoods.
