Strength Training with Teresa Emison

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Thursday, repeating until October 28, 2021
Join coach Teresa Emison for our weekly strength training classes this October. The main set of these 60-minute workouts will move participants through a series of body-weight exercises in a Tabata-style flow! All movements can be modified to your ability and fitness level. No special equipment is necessary, but for an added challenge, prepare a weighted backpack (books, soup cans, etc.) or have some kettlebells or dumbbells nearby.
