The Raid

“The Raid” is a 2-person, same-sex CrossFit team event. It consists of 3 workouts, 1 floater workout, and a finals event (top-5 in each division qualify). This event will benefit Semper Fi & America’s Fund.
CASH PRIZES for division winners!! (Up to $500 RX and $300 Scaled)
There will be an RX and a Scaled Division for both male and female teams. Workouts will include barbell and dumbbell exercises, plyometrics, gymnastics, cardio, and/or calisthenics.
